Looking at this website
The shop pages have no advertising or tracking cookies, and you don't need an account to look around.
Like every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) briefly keeps technical records, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and safe.
Messaging us
When you message us on WhatsApp, we see your number and your messages. We use them only to answer you and to sell to you.
Buying something
- Our till records what you bought, the price, how you paid and who served you. We don't ask for your name or ID to buy.
- Card payments go through the bank's card machine. We never see or keep your card number.
- For EFT payments we keep the payment reference, so we can match your payment.
- If we send you a receipt link, anyone with that link can open the receipt. Only share it with people you trust.
Who sees it, and for how long
Only our own staff, plus our accountant or the authorities where the law requires it. We don't sell or pass on your information to anyone else.
We keep sales records for as long as we need them for our accounts and tax.
Your rights
Under Botswana's data protection law you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we don't have to keep it. Just contact us using the details above.
